Our pet cremation service was established in Gloucestershire, UK by Josephine and Robert Carlyle in May 1991, Companions Haven offers pet bereavement advice and is still a family run business for pet loss and grief with our daughter Sarah and husband Tony continuing to provide a very personal, caring pet cremation service to satisfy the requirements of bereaved pet owners.

Companions Haven is not an agent and ALL pets are cremated by us in our purpose built crematorium specifically designed for the cremation of domestic pets only. The crematorium is adjacent to our home in a beautiful rural setting between Bristol and Bath.

We can arrange a home collection or collection from your veterinary surgery, or you may bring your pet to us by appointment. For your peace of mind, you may find it easier to contact us for pet bereavement advice before pet loss and grief; we are always pleased to discuss your requirements. Please remember you have a choice, your pet will not automatically come to us, so please contact us in Gloucestershire, UK with your special instructions.

Our hours of pet cremation service are:
Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm.
Sat 9am - 12.30pm.
